Operations platform for plannable work

Plan operational work,
execute it on mobile, and document it end to end.

Ordinavo connects customer requests, workforce planning, mobile workflows, distribution, and reporting in one shared platform. Teams see what is prepared, what is happening in the field, and which results are actually complete.

Receive work Plan assignments execute on mobile review results
Manager Route prepared

Driver, vehicle, depot, and eight customer stops are planned for the day.

Driver 3 of 8 stops completed

Delivery quantities, notes, and delivery documents are captured directly on mobile.

System Inventory and evidence up to date

Remaining stock, documents, exceptions, and daily close stay traceable.

The Ordinavo process

From request to reviewed result

Ordinavo maps the daily flow that operations teams need: work comes in, is planned, is completed on mobile, and is then reviewed with evidence, exceptions, and results.

1

Intake

Requests can come through a customer portal, a terminal, an integration, or directly from your team. The important part: everything lands in one shared work queue.

2

Planning

Appointments, employees, vehicles, sites, skills, and routes are coordinated into a reliable daily plan.

3

Execution

Employees see their work on mobile and capture quantities, photos, forms, issues, and status exactly where the work happens.

4

Review

Managers review results, evidence, exceptions, and open follow-ups. Completed work becomes a traceable operational outcome.

Four core capabilities

One platform for planning, execution, and operational control

The homepage intentionally shows only the main building blocks. Detailed capabilities have their own pages, so the platform stays clear instead of becoming a long list of tools.

Planning and appointments

Appointment requests, calendars, workforce assignment, teams, and route planning come together. Dispatchers and managers keep the daily plan in view.

Mobile execution

Employees complete their work in MyDay, capture required information, photos, notes, checklists, and issues, and send back reliable completion records.

Mobile Distribution

Driver days, vehicle loading, customer deliveries, delivery notes, remaining stock, and daily close are handled as one complete operational process.

Connect

External systems, portals, terminals, and partner processes can hand over work, receive status, and process results in a controlled way.

Focus module

From loaded vehicle to reconciled daily close

Mobile Distribution shows most clearly what Ordinavo is built for: not just showing tasks, but preparing a complete workday, supporting it in the field, and closing it with inventory, documents, and exceptions.

Driver day Rhine-Ruhr route
Start stock 128 units confirmed
Stops 3 / 8 completed
Delivery notes 3 created
Remaining stock 86 in the vehicle
Load vehicle Confirm start stock Deliver to customers Create delivery notes Check remaining stock Close the day

Morning loading

Driver, vehicle, and depot are assigned. Products and quantities are captured, confirmed, and locked as the start stock.

Mobile customer delivery

The driver sees the day’s stops, records quantities per product, documents special cases, and keeps the available remaining stock in view.

Delivery note

Each recorded delivery becomes a traceable document with a number, print view, and controlled customer handover.

Daily close

Expected and counted remaining stock are reconciled. Differences, returns, and manager approvals remain traceable.

Clear product boundary

For simple vehicle and depot inventory, Ordinavo uses Inventory Light. More advanced warehouse logistics such as batches, best-before dates, FEFO, or picking can later be added through RetailQ Warehouse.

Use cases

Three examples instead of a long feature list

Ordinavo is a platform, but customers understand it best through concrete work processes. That is why the homepage shows only a few strong examples.

Mobile Distribution

For drivers, vehicles, customer deliveries, delivery notes, vehicle stock, and daily close.

Housekeeping and facility services

For digital room cleaning, before-and-after photos, damages, extra effort, review, and rework.

Field service and maintenance

For appointments, customer sites, checklists, photos, visit reports, and traceable follow-ups.

Integration layer

Integrate Ordinavo into existing system landscapes

Connect is not another business area in the navigation. It is the integration layer: external systems can hand over work, carry references, receive status, and retrieve results or documents in a controlled way.

Operations and trust

Built for productive operational processes

Ordinavo handles operational work, evidence, and documents. Tenant separation, roles, audit, secure storage, and controlled integrations are therefore part of the platform foundation.

Demo and trial phase

A trial phase that actually reflects your process

Ordinavo is not shown as empty software, but through a prepared work process. You see how work comes in, is planned, completed on mobile, documented with evidence, and reviewed afterwards.

Prepared sample process

For Mobile Distribution, the demo includes driver day, loading, start stock, customer stops, delivery notes, remaining stock, and daily close.

Roles instead of slides

You experience manager and employee views separately: office planning, mobile execution in the field, and review after completion.

Evidence and exceptions

Photos, documents, quantities, differences, and open follow-ups become visible in the way they need to be decided in daily work.

Clear decision

At the end, you know which parts fit immediately, which processes should be adapted, and which integrations make sense later.
